Wonderful person, the person who served us had a wonderful smile and a great upbeat mood to her personality. My mom got a latte and she says it's amazing, the pastry is also very nice, she also speaks English so we were able to order with ease, loved it and it set a good example of what Vienna is. Will visit it again when we come back to Vienna.

The service is always very friendly and the selection is large, but it's best to come in the morning. The pastries are not extremely sweet and are mostly made with whole grain spelled. There are a lot of vegan breads and pastries!
